ABOUT ME

With a background in music, I started with yoga at a young age and have explored Bikram, Yin, and Hatha before falling in love with the flow of Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga. After graduating from school, I went to India to deepen my knowledge of Ashtanga yoga and to become a yoga teacher. I have been teaching ever since.

In Sofia's teaching, you will find a lot of playfulness and also a focus on alignment, strength and technique in each position.
